I’m Debbie Wong, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and
Licensed School Psychologist (L. Sch. Psy.) in British Columbia, Canada.
I’ve walked the path of the immigrant, the student, and the "good daughter" trying to meet every expectation. Growing up in the Chinese culture, I have seen how high-functioning anxiety hides behind a mask of success and how depression is often stigmatized.
