How it Works
Before your session, you will receive a secure link. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and your laptop or phone. I blend Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to ensure our digital connection is just as profound and effective as sitting in the same room.
